10th UNESCO/Jikji Memory of the World Prize Awarding Ceremony

The UNESCO/Jikji Memory of the World Prize is presented biannually by the city of Cheongju to any individual or organization making a noticeable contribution to the preservation of and access to recorded cultural heritage of the world in commemoration of Jikji’s registration with the UNESCO Memory of the World Register. The 10th prize is presented during the 2024 Jikji Festival.

The prize was established at the 169th Executive Committee of UNESCO on April 28, 2004. This year marks the 20th anniversary. During the 2024 Jikji Festival, the list of prize winners will be presented and a special exhibition will be held showcasing their prize-winning works.
