By expanding the background of Jikji Publication to Heungdeoksa Temple and Buddhism in Cheongju, it aims to explore its origin and meaning.

The Buddhist culture of Cheongju and the activities of monks, which serve as the background for the development of metal type printing and the publication of Jikji, can be inferred from the literature and old remains.

Special Exhibition for UNESCO/ Jikji World Heritage Award-Winning Organizations Today's Jikji_ Records of Tuol Selng for Memory

This exhibition aims to examine the contemporary meaning of the 'UNESCO Jikji Award', which praises the efforts made to preserve and protect registered World Heritages and ancestral communal memories for posterity thru the archives of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, and to re-examine the importance and value of records.
